THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (DR. SHASHI THAROOR): Mr. Chairman, I beg to move:

“That the following amendments made by Rajya Sabha in the Bill further to amend the National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research Act, 2007, be taken into consideration:--

Enacting Formula

1. That at page 1, line 1, for the word “Sixty-fourth”, the word “Sixty-fifth” be substituted.

Clause 1

2. That at page 1, line 3, for the figure “2013”, the figure “2014” be substituted.”
