Will the Minister of LAW AND JUSTICE be pleased to state:

 

  • whether the Government is considering or is in the process of drafting any legislation, including an amendment to the Constitution of India, to overturn the judgment of the Supreme Court of India in Indian Young Lawyers Association & Ors vs The State of Kerala & Ors in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 373 of 2006, which allowed women of all ages to enter the Sabarimala temple;

 

  • if so, the details thereof; and

 

  • if not, the reasons therefor?
