be pleased to state:-

(a) the total number of reports/ recommendations submitted by the Law Commission of India during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) the total number of reports/ recommendations out of these implemented/enacted by the Government during the said period;
(c) the reasons for not implementing/ enacting the remaining reports/ recommendations along with the step taken/ being taken by the Government in this regard;
(d) the time by which the remaining reports/recommendations are likely to be implemented/enacted; and
(e) the steps taken/being taken by the Government in this regard? |

(a) : The list of total number of Reports/recommendations submitted by the Law Commission of India during each of the last three years and the current year is attached at Annexure-I.
(b)to (e): Information is being collected and will be laid on the Table of the House. |
