Will the Minister of



 DEFENCE be pleased to state:-
(a) The total number of defence aircraft including trainer aircraft and helicopters crashed during the last three years and the current year along with the total number of defence and civilian personnel who lost their lives and properties in such accidents;

(b) whether any inquiry has been conducted to find out the reasons for such accidents; 

(c) if so, the details and the outcome thereof; and

(d) the steps taken or proposed to be taken by the Government to prevent such accidents in future?
