(a) to (c) No Madam, Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has well established conservation norms and policy for conservation of protected monuments of National importance including World Heritage Sites, the details of which are available on ASI web site www.asi.nic.in. In addition guidelines contained in International Charters, recognized by UNESCO, are also followed for conservation of monuments including World Heritage Sites. The unauthorized constructions and encroachments at protected monuments are prevented under the adequate provisions in Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites & Remains (Amendment & Validation) Act 2010.
