Sir, in the course of his reply, the hon. Minister has said that he has got this new portal where he has got nine and a half lakh applicants and he has advertised 80,000 jobs.  It seems to me this should not be a cause of satisfaction.  We are looking at something like eight and a half per cent.  I would like to ask this question to the Minister.  What about the remaining nine lakh people who will not get the jobs, thanks to his portal?

SHRI BANDARU DATTATREYA: First of all, I want to thank Kharge Ji because they have supported us.  Not only that, already I have told in my speech that whatever the left over job is there, we have fastly done that.  I have made it clear.

          Regarding the ESIC coverage which is to be enhanced from     Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000, we are also recommending.  This is under the active consideration.

          ‘Labour’ is under the Concurrent List. So, the appropriate Government is the State Government. That is why, there are a lot of issues separately.  If anybody is there, they can come and meet me and I will definitely try to help them.
