(a) whether the pilot project of the Nai Manzil scheme which seeks to skill and educate minority youths who are school dropouts or educated in community institutions such as Madarsas has been implemented in a smooth manner and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the pilot project has been successful in achieving its objective of reaching out to 1200 minority youths in eight States namely, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Rajasthan and West Bengal, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(c) whether the Ministry plans to implement the scheme in other States including Kerala; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
